Nefab Group has acquired VALLOS, s.r.o. (“Vallos”), a Slovakian company specializing in complete packaging solutions and corrugated products. The range of fiber-based solutions offered by Vallos are a complement to Nefab Slovakia’s current capabilities.
“With this acquisition, we are reinforcing Nefab’s market position in the Slovakia region while boosting our ability to support customers in critical sectors such as Lithium-ion Batteries (LiB), Datacom, and Energy” stated Per Öhagen, President and CEO of Nefab Group.
For over 30 years, Vallos has specialized in complete packaging solutions, supporting leading industry customers with high-quality and sustainable packaging products. Following the acquisition of Vallos the Nefab Group now comprises nearly 5,300 employees across 39 countries, with an annual turnover exceeding 10 billion SEK.
